Door locking should work on any doors inheriting from door_base.et.

Description
first user interacting with lock claims lock for own side, gamemaster can override this.
you can always unlock doors if inside a building to prevent players getting stuck/locked in.
known limitation: GM (and AI) cant open doors anymore (only by remote controlling units) as primary/more important action is locking
