Realism Overhaul - Character

This mod aims to make the combat movement slower and remove the bullet dodging via zigzagging.

Current features:
- Increased character inertia
- Increased slightly how much stamina affects weapon sway
- Lowered strafing speed
- Lowered leaning speed
- Lowered maximum climbable obstacle height
- You can now use a friend to help you climb over taller obstacles
- Ragdolls improved to be more realistic and less stiff
