Realism Overhaul - Lighting

This mod aims to change the environmental lighting to be a more immersive and dynamic.
Get ready for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, vibrant night skies filled with countless stars, and deep, grainy shadows perfect for lurking in.

Current changes:
- Added a custom color grading LUT to desature shadows and highlits for a more realistic look
- Adjusted lighting tonemapping to have more contrast
- Changed eye adaption weights to have the center of the screen have more impact
- Slower eye adaptation to darkness and light
- Completely overhauled night lighting to be more realistic with darker shadows and desaturation
- Added film grain that only applies to darkness (makes gamma cheating less effective)
- Increased and adjusted bloom
