Summary
Fixes the annoying bug where if a player initiates a healing action, and it cancels (for whatever reason) - a different player cannot heal the same limb.
Description
When a player cancels a healing action, whether by passing out or cancelling altogether - another player can now perform the healing action on the original limb. AKA vanilla if I heal my chest and cancel. Another player cannot heal my chest. This behavior is addressed via this mod.
