If you create a custom radio - you need to recreate input Signal node (formelly known as Signal 45) in your .acp.
It previously referenced CustomRadioBroadcast.sig which was an Override file (the sounds from radio was broken when some other mod also overrides this signal), so now its a duplicated file. You need to change the reference to it in your .acp file (completely recreate this node, and connect all the links back)
