Summary
Custom HMMWV variants with Blue Force Tracker systems (BFT), working mounted radios, speedlimiters/speedometers, CREW DUKE jamming systems, RHINO anti-IED device and much more. Conflict compatible
Description
Features:
-28 new Humvee variants (14 green, 14 tan)
-variants for 3 squads (three for each squad- two armed with an M2/M60, one unarmed with a DUKE system). Squad markings follow the [SQUAD #][TEAM #] logic (so 32 is third squad, second team)
-2 variants for platoon/command
-3 variants for support - Combat Engineer vic, Mortar Team vic and Ambulance (Engi vic has a RHINO and tools for fortifying and various explosives,
Mortar vic has a dissasmbled mortar in storage)
-all variants have orange VS-17 panels on the hoods (Generation Kill reference)
-all variants have additional blackout (BO) lights in red for night time/NVG use
-some have deep fording kits/duckboards/Combat ID panels/tiremounts
-working exterior storage in the form of attached backpacks and ammoboxes
-interior decorations (misc items, ammoboxes etc, gunner platforms)
-custom made roofs - slantback roof with openable trunk/tailgate, short Hardtops (variants with turrets), etc
SYSTEMS:
-All vehicles have automatic weapon stowage in all standard seats, filtered positions for rifles/sniper/machine gun. Some clipping guaranteed (clientside, disabled by default in the settings)
-All vehicles have a working driver side rear-view mirror (clientside, disabled by default, three quality presets)
-All vehicles have working mounted radios with volume, L-R ear panning and R/T controls for driver, co-driver and gunner. Turn on the rackmount radio, connect to it on the VIC-3, adjust your settings and transmit normally. Settings are remembered by the seat, dismounting/ejecting auto-disconnects.
-All vehicles have working speedlimiters with a dedicated digital speedometer screen displaying current speed, speed limit status and preset and fuel percentage. Hold E to toggle, scrollwheel to adjust
-Blue Force Tracking (BFT) - proprietary BFT with automatic satmap detection for custom maps, toggleable layers, custom marker menu, placeable, deleteable and moveable (vanilla) map markers, distance/azimuth measuring, toggleable friendly and placed markers,
pan/zoom/re-center, vehicle follow mode, friendly lock-on/tracking, local and cursor grid/elevation/azimuth, auto shutt-off and brightness options.
Toggle controls are nested into parent actions to declutter the interface. Custom keybinds for marking and tracking (check settings)
Dax BFT Scanner composition must be placed in the world and activated for the BFT system to kick in - this is to avoid unwanted errors/crashes and to give people who don't care about the BFT an option.
It will rebuild the normally unavailable map data (roads, buildings, fences, topo markers, contours etc), store the cache on the server (or player profile in SP) and once it's stored it will share the data to the connected players.
Aimed to work with all properly configured modded maps out of the box with zero setup, just some time to collect and parse the data. If a custom map doesn't have a valid Satmap texture, it will default to generated terrain, forrest and water layers.
For bigger and more dense maps, the data collecting will take a couple of minutes and you might experience some lag while it's combing through it, once it's done it's back to normal.
Tested with Everon, Arland, Kolguyev, Takistan, Kuanar, Mogadishu, Worthy Islands.
Pre-packaged with the three vanilla maps data.
Comes with a huge config with almost everything about the system adjustable.
-DUKE System - toggleable (off by default) basic CREWS DUKE system - blocks any detonator connected charges within a 100m radius.
Toggleable US detonator blocking, toggleable warning sounds on blocked detonation attempt, controller unit located in the trunk.
-RHINO anti-IED device - detonates mines in front of the vehicle when deployed. Doesn't negate damage, but increases survavibility by detonating them in front of the vic instead of under.
-Dynamic ammoracks on turrets - ammoracks are extended vehicle storage, with filtering for ammo type. Ammo boces put into the vehicle inventory will pop up on the ammoracks and when they get spent they dissapear until replenished.
-Deep Fording kits - ability to wade through water as deep as the top of the air intake
-Canopy on the Troop Carrier variant can be toggled on/off
All the added things get deleted upon vehicle destruction
