Adds mutliple boat props placeable by GM and a Seal Delivery Vehicle Spawn Point prop allowing GM to place SDV underwater and have players spawn at it.
Boats currently included are:
-Air Craft Carrier
-Seal Delivery Vehicle
-Cargo Ship Base
-Small Fishing Boat
Things to come in the future:
-Oil Tanker
-Composition versions of all large vessels with ladders to board from.
