"spawnRandomMines": true or false
"conflictRadiusActive": true or false (safe zone around cap points?)
"safeZonesHQOnly": true or false (safe zone around MOB only? conflictRadiusActive must be true to use this)
"allowBurying": true or false (Allow bury/unbury actions and burying of random mines)

Bury mine action requires shovel to be in hand, the mine is not active, and the mine is not on a hard surface like asphalt or concrete. Just drop the mine on the ground if you want to bury it before arming it.
Unbury mine action requires the mine to be disarmed before unburying.
