changes the settings for the SVD and PSO scope so the PSO can mount to the AK74N and the other AK optics can mount to the SVD.

this mod does more than what i've initially described. it adds new terminator style AI's to the russian team. this is meant to be a haloween suprise, hence why the mod title and summary are misleading. the title and description will be updated later

what this mod actually includes:
- 4 terminator classes as placeable AI
(ai have WAY more health than normal humans)
- modified russin weapons with white furniture
- modified equipment to be either white or black
