Description
Leveraging the spawn points in the GM dependency. Those points are "chunkated' like Minecraft. Therefore it's a quick/dirty operation of figuring out which spawn points are near players. System uses a JSON file that's persisted to the profile "spawnSettings.json". Factions are pulled from the FactionManager.
