As the outbreak spirals out of control, you start as a FIA Medic. Your team is dispatched to Everon with a threefold mission: contain the infection, evacuate any survivors, and uncover the truth behind VX-57.

Upon arrival, your team immediately comes under fire from infected hordes, and your commanding officer is killed, leaving you in charge. As you explore the island, you discover that the situation is far worse than expected. The Everon National Guard has been all but wiped out, and the island’s government is in disarray. Civilians have either been killed or are holed up in fortified enclaves.
