ATM African FIA Replacement

This lightweight mod replaces the FIA soldiers with (the only) black-skinned characters to portray a generic African Liberation Army. They're decently armed, with plenty of ammo and ragtag uniforms. Medical supplies are extremely sparse. The rifleman has 10 variations built in. Oh, and they will deliberately target enemy infantry with their RPG.
There's no dependency whatsoever.
