Instructions:
When available press one of the "Rappel Left/Right" prompts when available.  The next time you exit the vehicle you should be on a ladder and all you need to do is slide down.  

MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOOKING OUT TOWARD THE DIRECTION YOU WANT TO EXIT THE HELICOPTER OR YOU WILL FALL TO YOUR DEATH
