Fix HE projected grenade (OG-9) for BMP1
Description
It is a mod, that fix damage and kill zone for HE projected grenade (OG-9) for BMP1 and make it a real HE grenade. Previous implementation (from SpaceCore) was based on vanila PG-7VM round, that is actually HEAT and is not intended to cause damage to enemy infatry.
