Adds the ability to remove netted walls (fences)
Description
Adds an action to the action menu called "Cut Wires" when looking at a fence, which takes a while to finish and removes the fence completely. - Removing the fence takes 6 seconds WIP: - Adding a sound when someone removes a fence - Replacing the fence with the broken model
