Wirecutters

Adds the ability to cut those pesky fences and barbed wires away.

- Cutting action takes 6 seconds
- A cutting sound plays which other people within 15 meters can hear

Did this by adding an action to the action menu called "Cut Wires" when looking at a fence, which takes a while to finish and afterwards removes the fence or barbed wire completely.

This mod is being maintained but not actively developed on (mostly), as Wirecutters 2 is a complete upgrade for this mod. Make sure to check it out as it's amazing!
