Operation Raging Tigris

The Chinese have been gaining favor in the middle east in hopes of developing a high speed railway to Africa. The town of Afgoldad remains a problem for them. Locals disagree with China's involvement and wont allow them continue construction. In response CSAT Deployed a new super weapon only known to us as the Weather Manipulation Device theorized originally by Albert Einstein and brought to life by the CSAT body. The result was a massive flood of the Tigris river leaving only a small portion of the city left. The Locals require immediate NATO assistence to push back the CSAT invasion.
