- They have a medical arsenal in the trunk
- They have special medical liveries with crosses to make them easily identifiable as medical helicopters.
- It's against the geneva convention to shoot these helicopters down. It's also against the geneva convention to transport weapons and armed, non-injured troops.
Huey has a UN variant and a US Army variant.
