IMPROVED
- Players outside your render distance are now reached almost instantly: the server streams the selected player straight to you instead of the camera flying over and waiting for them to load.
- The spectated player no longer disappears from view when they move very fast (vehicles, aircraft).
- Less network traffic when switching targets: rapid clicks are merged into a single request, and clicking a player who is already being located sends nothing.
- The player list only rebuilds when something actually changed, which reduces stutter on full servers and stops clicks from being lost.

FIXED
- Selecting a dead or not-yet-spawned player no longer leaves the panel stuck on "Locating..."; it now shows "Player not spawned", and unanswered requests time out after 5 seconds.
- Fixed a possible script error when the camera failed to attach to a target.

SECURITY
- The server now only answers position requests from players who have the LAIKA spectator mode. Previously any client could request any player's position.
- Position requests are rate-limited per player on the server, and refused requests are logged only once.
