Adds ChDKZ and CDF equipment & factions


To Do: (in order - ish)
- fix bugs associated with release of update 1.1
- add 6b5 rig
- add balaclavas and other needed Chdkz headgear
- add more roles and groups for both factions
- add TAZ83 gear for chdkz
- add CDF vics
- add ChDKZ vehicles
- add modern CDF vics
- add NAPA

Completed:
- retouch CDF camo to a more accurate color
- retouch ChDKZ uniforms
- add GM factions
