Helicopter Rappelling WIP

This is my first actual mod, so this is more of a proof of concept, but if I learn more then I would like to improve this.

A ladder has been attached to the Huey to allow for "Rappelling".

You must immediately switch seats when you get into helicopter to be able to use the ladder (IDK why it's like that)
After pressing the prompt, the next time you exit the helicopter you will be on the ladder.
Make sure not to stop when going down the lader because you might get stuck.
You can also climb up the ladder to get into the helicopter, but this might require the helicopter to be extra still.
