This license applies to all versions of this mod.
# 1. License Grant
ReckinBeast grants you a **non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable** license to use the **ReckinBeast - Core** mod ("the Mod") for **personal, non-commercial use only** in accordance with this agreement.
# 2. Permitted Use
You may:
- Install and use the Mod for **non-commercial** purposes.
- Modify the Mod **for personal use**.
- Distribute modifications or derivative works **only if they are based on original content** and are made **publicly available under this same license**.
# 3. Restrictions
## 3.1 Commercial Use
The Mod **may not be used for any commercial purpose**, including but not limited to:
- Monetized game servers (donation-based priority access, pay-to-play, etc.).
- Paid modifications or content packs.
- Subscription-based access to the Mod or its derivatives.
- Product placement, endorsements, or sponsorships.
## 3.2 Modification and Redistribution
- You **may not** modify, extract, or redistribute **RHS-derived content** unless explicitly permitted under the **RHS Status Quo EULA**.
- Derivative works must **not be private or unlisted**—all distributed modifications must be **publicly available**.
- This license must remain **unaltered and included** in all distributions of the Mod and any permitted derivative works.
## 3.3 Prohibited Content
The Mod **may not be used** to depict, reference, or promote:
- **Real-world conflicts**, including but not limited to the **Russia-Ukraine war** and the **Israeli-Palestinian conflict**.
- Terrorism, extremism, pornography, nudity, or other immoral acts or behaviors.
ReckinBeast reserves the right to **enforce content removal** and **pursue legal action** for violations.
# 4. Ownership and Compliance
- **ReckinBeast retains all rights** to original content in the Mod.
- **Red Hammer Studios (RHS) retains all rights** to RHS-derived content.
- The **RHS Status Quo EULA applies** to all RHS-derived content included in the Mod.
Failure to comply with the **RHS Status Quo EULA** may result in **enforcement actions, takedown requests, or license revocation** by RHS or ReckinBeast.
# 5. Compliance and Enforcement
Violations of this license may result in:
- **Revocation of permission** to use, modify, or distribute the Mod.
- **DMCA takedown requests and legal action**.
- **Other enforcement measures** as deemed necessary by ReckinBeast.
ReckinBeast reserves the right to terminate this license **at any time** for violations or at its sole discretion.
# 6. Disclaimer
THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. RECKINBEAST DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THIS MOD. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
# 7. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by and shall be interpreted under the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
# 8. Indemnification
By using this Mod, you agree to **indemnify and hold harmless** ReckinBeast and its contributors from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your use of the Mod.
# 9. License Modifications
ReckinBeast reserves the right to **modify this license at any time**. Continued use of the Mod after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
