Improved Stamina

This mod changes the games stamina system so that heavier loadouts are punished and lighter ones rewarded.
A 10kg loadout is very lightweight, 20kg is regular and above 30kg starts to be quite punishing.

Next time think twice if you want to bring body armor when going in as a scout/sniper.
Automatic Riflemen and Machine Gunners should have Assistant Gunners / Ammo Bearers.
If you want to bring a heavy 50kg rucksack, be sure to drop it in a firefight and pray that garbage collection wont delete it.
