(DO NOT USE OLD VERSION) Hello! Your probally asking yourself why is there a second version of your map? short asnwer is i fucked up and has to revert some things and this was the only way to fix my mishap 
This will be the main mod and the one that will get updated, best bet to delete the old Dimotsk Oblast to make sure nothing conflicts
