Baseline: MaxFPS set to 100.

Once the server starts, it will wait 60 seconds for a player to join. If a player does not join, the test is started. If a player joins, the player must login as GM and press Start Test button on the toolbar to initiate the test. After running test for 3600 seconds, a result json file will be generated in the profile folder and the server will stop.
