A terrain based in the city of Narodi and the surrounding region of an area within the nation of Roganda.

In the early months of 1992, the african country of Roganda was severly ravaged by a famine which decimated the local populace. Due to the mismanagement of food resources by the Government, the local populace resorted to violence and formed small militias to try and overthrow the government. 

Three major factions within Roganda competed for total control of the region to bring back power to the local populace. This led to civil war and unrest during the final months of 1992 and the early months of 1993. After many months of conflict, one powerful faction had became successful in controlling majority power the  "Rogandan National Alliance" (RNA)

By June 1993, the RNA was set on controlling food production and controlling any foreign aid that would come into the country. UN forces were sent to control the port to stop RNA forces confiscating supplies. This caused major conflict between the RNA and UN forces. 

By August 1993, the US began interventation in the area by deploying troops within airbases and airports nearby the area, using troops and aircraft to patrol the areas to try and deter RNA forces from stealing resources intended for the Rogandan people.
