Conflict Map Commander

Enable high commander (map commander) feature to rule AI groups of base defenders squads for Conflict.

how to: Open map, just click on SQUAD marker you choose then click on position to move choosen squad. That squad start move to marked position.

P.S. Works well in SP. Not tested in MP.
