East Germany 15th of April 1986. In the town of Chotain, with majority of Germans who voted to join the Warsaw Pact on Chotain referendum. NATO troops first entered the city 7 days ago and established positions around the city. After a couple of failed negotiations, the Soviet Union launched a special military operation called West 86.

5th Guards Corps are ordered to push to Point A (Point A - Entrenched Position), secure it, and after that proceed to secure Point B (Point B - Fortified Position).
