Mouse Driving

How Can Arma: Mouse Driving
Secondary/optional part for HCA_MANW modular modification

This is similar to how arma 3 analog mouse driving was (vanilla feature).
Using a mouse to drive is much more responsive and comfortable then using WASD or a controller.

Additionally throttle and break control have been added to the mouse.
Using the scroll wheel to control throttle is very compy. (enable by pressing W+S in-game)
Holding down RMB will also allow adjusting the throttle by moving mosue up-down. (this provides finer control)


Finer control for both breaking and throttle were also added (hold LMB / RMB)(Enable Break control with Ctrl+S)
Holding LMB and moving the mouse up-down will adjust the break now.

Function
* Use mouse to steer vehicles
* Toggle Mouse steering control
    * Freelook to toggle on/off

* Toggle Mouse throttle control
    * W+S key to toggle (default keybind)
    * Scroll wheel to adjust
    * hold RMB to enable mouse adjust (default keybind)

* Toggle Mouse breaking control
    * CTRL+S to toggle (default keybind)
    * hold LMB to enable mouse adjust (default keybind)

* Controls rebindable


FILE STORAGE: "$profile:HCA_MD/Settings.json"
* This mod creates a file with the settings in the user profile folder
* the settings file is not automatically deleted when uninstalling the mod
(this is required because vanilla `ModuleGameSettings` does not support modding, when the modlist changes all the settings are DELETED)
