- Added bollards at the entrances to side roads/trails at the uphill end of the railing

- Fixed a crooked flower pot that has been annoying me
- Added cigarette butts around a certain bench in the woods
- Added garbage can at South Dunes
- I couldn't find the specific floating rock I was looking for, so I found a different one and made it float even higher.

Radar Tower mission: Increased the size of the win trigger to allow some, shall we say, "non-standard" methods of completing the mission.  YOLO from a helicopter, for example!  :D

Improved Defend mission; Now the goal is to climb to the top of the radar tower.  You'll definitely need some suppression and fire support to do this without getting shot by the AI.

Reaching the top of the tower will trigger the mission to end.

Also added additional vehicles (4 each of Humvees and Willys Jeep, and a Huey helicopter).
