A collection of vest and helmet patches that are mostly meant to be used with "Task Force Mattock Uniforms" AVS Plate Carrier - Still WIP
Note - The lightning on the screenshots is a bit f up but they look ~mostly~ fine in game

Known Issues/To be fixed:
- Some textures are misaligned
- Missing MNO textures for most of the patches
