Currently adds:
Pufgun- MAG SG545 60/B M1 60 rounds capacity, 5,45x39
Magpu -l PMAG D-60 Gen. M3 60 rounds capacity, 5,56x45
Molot RPK Drum 75 rounds capacity, 7,62x39
Items can be found in arsenals. Also mod overrides Squad leader kits for US, USSR and FIA and gives to them high-capacity magazines.
Mod comes with new BetterAmmo mod, which adds vanilla and modded magazines with diffirent AP/B/Z ammo. Install BetterAmmo separetly
