Summary
Map made with only vanilla assets. Zero dependencies.
Fight on hills, in trenches, between built up areas and underground. This map has it all.
Description
The majority of bases are designed to not have a lot of vegetation cover around them, the idea is this will require the attackers to have fire superiority in order to take bases, instead of sneaking into the base through bushes.
Things to know about the map:
16 months starting at February/2024 and 1300 hours of work to release the map into 1.0
10x10km island.
The island can be split into sections via rivers, channels and cliffs.
Includes a massive 15sqkm airbase.
Over five relatively big towns.
Multiple smaller points of interest dotted around the map that includes farms, homesteads, industrial areas and military bases.
Underground tunnels for intense close quarter fights.
Future goals:
1. Complete rework of the northeastern part of the map.
2. Add more areas of interest to replace the open fields and forests.
3. Add more details to tell a story and give identity to each area. (Maybe a campaign in the far far future)
