Adds a new radio material (Assets/Props/Military/Radios/Data/R123M.emat + meta), enables MergePhysics on several wheel-attached matting prefabs in the Ural4320 command armored prefab, and implements channel selector support in GRAD_BC_RadioTruckComponent.c. The script changes add a replicated channel-selector state (m_bChannelSelectorRotated), track the radio entity and bone ID, initialize the bone from attached slots, apply a 90° Z rotation via bone matrix, and replicate/apply the rotation on server, clients and JIP. Debug logging was also added to aid troubleshooting.

Introduce a new GRAD_BC_TrafficMarkerLayer and wire it into the fullscreen map config; create and display traffic map markers from the HUD when traffic hints occur. Implement marker lifecycle, drawing (circle + label + timestamp), widget management and automatic expiry. Schedule traffic hint display (and marker creation) with a 5s delay via callqueue. Update GRAD_BC_Traffic to accept event location and call CreateTrafficMapMarker. Adjust GRAD_BC_ReplayManager: calculate adaptive playback speed on data receipt, set playback flags/unpause, and improve debug logging and skipped-update diagnostics. Change BreakingContactManager server/UI check to skip UI based on missing player controller and clarify log message.
