Placeable HMGs

Heavy Machine Guns that can be carried and placed by infantry.

Currently has:
US:
-M2 
-M60 

USSR:
-KPVT 
-PKM

How to use:
Equip HMG in weapon slot and place with preview
Rotate with passenger seat
Shoot with gunner seat
Pickup by opening inventory and picking up the TRIPOD (dont pick up the gun itself)


I wish to make this so 2 people are needed for carrying the MGs and tripod, but as of now they are carryable by 1 person in weapon slot or bag.
