Vehicle Fire Extinguisher System!
Includes Fire Extinguisher in US, USSR, & FIA arsenals!

Tested and working on 1.0!

Things you should know:
Extinguisher must be held in hand via the quickbar to get the action to appear near the front of the vehicle.
Extinguish times about 10sec.

Known issues:
Extinguished vehicle retains an illuminating light after extinguishing (vanilla issue).
