New dynamic props for road traffic managment. Currently WIP and in testing with limited (and not final) amount of props.
Warning: Insanely high mesh counts, no LODs, bad texture maps, and terrible colliders.

Currently testing prop meshes, colliders, textures, previews, and game master integration as I'm adding new props. Everything is built from scratch, model + textures, etc...

KNOWN ISSUES
- FShape barrier shaking/jittery
- Props not searchable by text in Game Master (have to filter by mods to find them)
- Colliders not realistic/shape appropriate
- Textures stitching is bad, better unwrapping needed
- High mesh count
- No LODs
- Bullet proof cones/barrels (lol, don't have right collider material)
- Cone/Barrel dirt base is too shiny
- Cone collider material is rubber, needs to be plastic
