Added Vesper Royale Boat Spawner for Conflict. Place the shore radio through Game Master, face it toward deep open water, then interact on foot to launch the yacht. Includes server-side proximity, full-footprint depth and obstruction checks, shared duplicate protection and a 30-second cooldown.
