Can be used by scenario makers to create custom trading station, traders characters.
Consist of two basic User Actions
- Converse (Trade items for items)
- Teleport (Trade items for fast travel)

1.0.2 - Fixed consuming double the amount of price in MP
1.0.3 - Improved trade action with limited uses, in MP. Still does not handle JIP
