Vehicles start on the first try. No more sitting there with the key in the ignition for minutes!

===[ All Changes ]===
-Makes so vehicles take at most 1 ignition try to start the engine.

===[ Mod compatibility ]===
-Mod should be completely compatible with all workshop and Bohemia-added wheeled vehicles. The mod modifies the Wheeled_Base prefab.

===[ Technical side for those curious ]===
-Vehicles have 3 variables that are important for this. One is ignition chance, one is ignition duration, and the last is max ignition tries. This mod specifically changes 'Max Ignition Tries' to 1 (the default being 10).

This means vehicles still have their default ignition duration, the worst of which being the big semi truck which has 4 seconds per try. That means in vanilla a semi truck has a chance take up to 40 seconds (4 seconds per try multiplied by 10 max tries) to start by continuously holding down on it! So this mod turns that into a max of 1 try (aka, 4 seconds at most).

The reason I didn't want to reduce the ignition timers too was because those are defined on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis and I don't want to start modifying all the vanilla vehicles because that might cause conflict with other mods. And... it's not the worst thing in the world for it to take more than 1 second to start a semi truck. That feels like going too far out of the scope of what this mod is for. Just no more having to wait forever as if every engine is barely functional.
