FGM-148 Javelin Launcher

This mod adds FGM-148C Javelin Launcher.
Features:
- HQ models for Launcher, missile, weapon crates
- custom missile guidance
- targeting computer (CLU) with ability to lock on vehicles and structures
- FLIR mode with variable brightness (currently only on PC)
- TOP and DIRECT attack modes
- custom sounds and particle effects
