Adds realistic physical shrapnel to all explosive.
All explosives have shrapnel, grenades have a lot of prepared damaging elements, rpg shells have few remnants of the body. High-caliber and rifle bullets can fragment into several parts after hit, RHS compatibility.
On screenshots also BetterHitsEffects was used
