Summary
Keeps player radios on after respawn and tuned to their previously set frequency, or defaulted to the group frequency.
Description
Everyone should be on comms more. That's the goal.
On respawn, player radios are turned on. If the player had a previously set frequency, it is restored. Otherwise, the radio is set to the current group frequency. Changing groups will set the new group frequency as default until the player manually sets a new frequency.
