Auto PM and Burst M9

I turned the Vanilla PM into a full auto Makarov and M9 into burst fire version. The M9 shoots at 1100rpm in 3 round bursts like it's real life counterpart and the Makarov shoots at 750rpm like it's experimental counterpart that was supposed to be used by tank crews, but was beaten by the AKS74u.

Current bug is that you can't switch back to single fire once full auto has been enabled for the PM (CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A FIX).
