No more canned death animations, only a reactive looking ragdoll! Now MP compatible.

This is the first release of my Mod Configuration Framework. By itself, it does nothing. Mod devs need to implement my framework into their mods to use it. As of now, it's still really limited and changes in real time aren't automatically addressed, so most changes will need a map reload.

If you want to implement this, consider that it's HEAVILY WIP and I'll probably change a lot of stuff in the coming months, so mods will have to be modified again and again to work with the framework again.
