This addons removes the Early-Access screen when starting the game and brings you directly into the main menu. It also replaces the loading spinner with a grumpy owl.
To make this load prior to the main menu (and thus have an effect) you have to start Reforger with the startparameter "-addons ATNoSplash".
You can add this by right clicking on Reforger in Steam -> Settings -> Launch options.
