Vehicle Engine Booster

All vehicles are now more stronger and a little bit faster. 

Torque and maxpower are now 2x more powerful, meaning it will reach higher speeds, and higher speeds faster.

The steepness value has reduced by 50% per vehicle, trucks are still slower then smaller vehicles up steep terrain but will climb faster then it dose with original values.
