MERIDIAN NETWORK — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading, installing, subscribing to, loading, hosting, or using this mod, you agree to this License Agreement.

1. Ownership

All software, source code, scripts, systems, configurations, user interfaces, artwork, models, textures, audio, designs, documentation, and original content included in this mod are the exclusive property of Meridian Network unless otherwise stated.

No ownership rights are transferred to any user, server, community, or third party.

2. Limited Permission

This mod is provided under a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license.

Use of this mod is only permitted with prior written authorization from Meridian Network.

Meridian Network may revoke permission at any time, for any reason.

3. Unauthorized Use Prohibited

No person, server, community, organization, or entity may do any of the following without prior written permission from Meridian Network:

Host, run, load, or use this mod on any server.
Use this mod in any public, private, or test environment.
Modify, edit, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.
Copy, extract, reuse, or recreate any code, systems, assets, configurations, or content.
Reupload, redistribute, mirror, repack, bundle, or share this mod.
Include this mod in any server pack, collection, repository, or dependency pack.
Use this mod as a base for another project.

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Commercial Use

Commercial use is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Meridian Network.

This includes, but is not limited to, monetized servers, donation rewards, paid ranks, paid access, premium memberships, sponsorships, or any revenue-generating use connected to this mod.

Bohemia Interactive monetization approval does not grant permission to use this mod commercially.

5. No Warranty

This mod is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Meridian Network disclaims all express and implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and error-free operation.

Use of this mod is entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Meridian Network and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from use of this mod, including data loss, server failure, corrupted files, lost revenue, downtime, or other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Violation of this License Agreement immediately terminates all permission to use this mod.

Upon termination, all copies of the mod and any related files must be deleted immediately.

8. No Affiliation

This mod is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Bohemia Interactive.

Arma Reforger and related trademarks are property of their respective owners.

9. Rights Reserved

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Meridian Network.

Meridian Network reserves the right to deny, revoke, or modify permission at its sole discretion.
