SEG Empty Loadout adds a "No equipment" loadout to the deploy menu for the US faction and the SEG faction (faction key "SEG"). It is placed first in the list, so it is preselected: players spawn without uniform, vest, helmet, weapon or inventory and get their gear from the Game Masters.

Nothing is removed: the Rifleman and saved arsenal loadouts stay selectable, and players who saved an arsenal loadout still get it preselected. If a loadout manager has no saved arsenal loadout entry for US or SEG yet, one is added, so saved loadouts also work with the SEG faction.

- No dependencies besides vanilla, no hard dependency on the SEG faction mod
- Uses the vanilla base body (Character_US_Base), no new character prefabs
- German and English text
