- ATMs: withdraw and deposit
- Cash dropped on death: a stack of cash lies at the body until someone picks it up
- Saved across server restarts (Arma Reforger's native persistence), including cash lying on the ground
- Shopkeepers: talk to a shopkeeper to buy items with cash
