Explosion Flash adds a short, harsh flash of light to every explosion in Arma Reforger. The flash is white-hot at first and fades to orange in 0.1 to 0.4 seconds. It lights the ground, buildings, vehicles and soldiers around the blast. It looks best at dusk and at night.

WHAT FLASHES
- Hand grenades and 40 mm grenades
- Mortar shells, RPGs, rockets, autocannon HE rounds
- Mines and demolition charges
- Vehicle, ammo rack and fuel explosions
- Explosions from other mods that are built on the base game warheads (most weapon mods)

SIZED TO THE EXPLOSION
- A small HE round gives a quick spark, a grenade lights a street, and a mortar shell lights more. A vehicle or fuel explosion lights a whole area, up to 200 m.
- Smoke shells and burning vehicles do not flash.

LIGHT AND SAFE
- Visual only: damage, sounds and gameplay are not changed.
- Each player's PC draws its own flash. Nothing is sent over the network.
- One short light without shadows per explosion, at most 12 at once.
- No dependencies, only the base game.

Explosion Flash

Every explosion gives a short, bright flash of light that lights up everything around it. Visual only, no gameplay changes.
